It begins with an in-depth consultation covering your full health history, diet, sleep, stress, movement and hormonal health. Within 48 hours Julie delivers your written 12-week protocol — specific supplement recommendations with exact forms, doses and timing, alongside nutrition, lifestyle and sleep guidance tailored to your individual picture.
At week six you meet again. Julie reviews your progress, assesses how your body has responded, answers every question you have accumulated, and refines your protocol for the second half of the programme.
Throughout all 12 weeks Julie is available by email and WhatsApp. You are never left navigating this alone.
