I built The Supplement Coach because I spent 15 years watching people waste money on supplements that were not right for them and struggle with health issues that were never properly addressed. As a Nutritional Therapist, Personal Trainer, and someone who spent five years advising in a health food shop — I have the clinical knowledge, the practical experience, and the genuine care to make a real difference in 12 weeks.

How is the consultation conducted?
All consultations are conducted via video call — Zoom or Google Meet, whichever you prefer. You will receive a link when you book through Calendly.
How long is the initial consultation?
The initial consultation is 45–60 minutes. Julie will cover your full health history, symptoms, diet, lifestyle, sleep and goals in detail. Please allow a full hour.
Do I need to complete the questionnaires first?
It is not required but it is recommended. Completing the Vitamin, Mineral and Lifestyle questionnaires before your consultation gives Julie a significant head start. You can complete them free at thesupplementcoach.ie/pages/questionnaire.
What does the written protocol include?
Your protocol covers specific supplement recommendations (form, dose, timing, brand), dietary adjustments, lifestyle changes, sleep hygiene and a movement plan where relevant. Written clearly in plain English.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours notice at no charge. Please contact info@thesupplementcoach.ie as soon as possible.
Is this suitable if I have a medical condition?
Julie is a Nutritional Therapist — not a medical doctor. This programme complements but does not replace medical care. If you have a diagnosed condition or take prescription medication, please consult your GP before starting.
