Our Services

The Supplement Coach offers the following services:

• Free Questionnaires — Vitamin, Mineral, and Lifestyle questionnaires designed to identify potential nutritional gaps. These are informational tools and do not constitute medical assessment.
• The Quick Audit (€49) — A written report reviewing your current supplement routine, delivered by email within 48 hours.
• The Full Audit (€149) — A written report plus a 45-minute one-to-one video consultation with Julie.
• The Complete Health Protocol (€249) — A comprehensive 90-day personalised protocol covering supplements, nutrition, movement, and lifestyle, including a 30-day follow-up call.

All service descriptions are accurate at the time of publication. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time. Where a service is discontinued after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

Delivery of written reports is subject to receipt of a fully completed intake form. Julie aims to deliver all written reports within 48 hours of receiving the completed intake form. This timeline is a target and not a guarantee, though every effort will be made to honour it.

Products and Orders

All products sold through thesupplementcoach.ie are health and wellness supplements selected and approved by Julie Piper Roche. By placing an order you confirm that:

• You are purchasing the product for personal use only
• You have read the product description and are satisfied it is appropriate for your needs
• You have consulted or will consult a healthcare professional if you have any medical conditions or are taking medication

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Packaging and formulations may vary from those shown. All products are subject to availability.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on thesupplementcoach.ie are in Euro (€) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment must be received in full before any product is dispatched or any service is initiated.

Delivery and Shipping

Physical products are dispatched from Ireland. Standard delivery times are as follows:

• Ireland — 2–5 working days
• United Kingdom — 5–10 working days
• Europe — 7–14 working days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside our control. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Digital services — including questionnaire reports, audit reports, and consultation links — are delivered by email to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect email address.

Returns and Refunds

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Irish Consumer Law, you have the right to return most physical goods within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. To initiate a return please contact us at hello@thesupplementcoach.ie within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging
• The product must not be a perishable or hygiene-sensitive item that has been opened
• Proof of purchase must be provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or was incorrectly sent. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Cancellation of Services

For consultation-based services (The Full Audit and The Complete Health Protocol), the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellation with more than 48 hours notice — Full refund or reschedule at no charge
• Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice — The consultation fee may be retained. A reschedule will be offered where possible.
• No-show — No refund will be issued. A rebooking fee may apply.

For written report services (The Quick Audit), cancellation is only possible before the intake form has been submitted and the report initiated. Once Julie has begun reviewing your submission, the service is considered delivered and no refund will be issued.

Intellectual Property

All content on thesupplementcoach.ie — including but not limited to text, questionnaires, reports, graphics, logos, images, and blog posts — is the intellectual property of The Supplement Coach and Julie Piper Roche unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this website without our prior written permission. Personal reports and questionnaire results generated for you are for your personal use only and may not be shared commercially or published without consent.

You are welcome to share links to our website and content for non-commercial purposes, provided appropriate credit is given.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish and EU law, The Supplement Coach and Julie Piper Roche shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

As a consumer based in the EU, you may also be entitled to additional rights under EU consumer protection law, including the right to submit disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
