There is something I want you to know about every single product on this site. I do not sell supplements for the sake of selling supplements. I am not partnered with any brand. I have no financial arrangement with any manufacturer. There are no sponsorship deals, no affiliate kickbacks influencing what ends up on these shelves, and no brand telling me what to stock. Every product you see here has earned its place — and I want to explain exactly how.
No Conflicts of Interest. Just Research.
The supplement industry is worth billions, and with that comes a lot of noise. Brands competing for shelf space, influencers promoting products they have never actually used, and marketing budgets that often outweigh the quality of what is inside the bottle. It can be incredibly difficult to know who to trust.
That is exactly why I built The Supplement Coach the way I did.
I have no affiliation with any supplement company. No brand pays me to recommend their products. No commission structure influences what I put in front of you. When I tell you something is worth taking, it is because I have done the work to make sure it is — not because someone is paying me to say so.
How I Choose What to Stock
Every product on this site has gone through my own research process. I look at the things that actually matter — the things most people do not have the time or background to dig into themselves.
If something does not meet my standards across all of these criteria, it does not make it onto this site. It is that straightforward.
The Experience Behind Every Decision
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Therapy from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition — one of the most respected nutritional therapy institutions in Europe. I also hold a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the IINH, a Diploma in Holistic Nutrition, Precision Nutrition Level 1, and the Dr Stacy Sims Menopause 2.0 certification.
But the qualification that most directly informs what ends up on these shelves is five years working behind the counter of a health food shop, answering real questions from real people every single day. People who were confused, overwhelmed, and often being steered towards products that were not right for them by well-meaning but underinformed advice.
I know what is on those shelves. I know which brands cut corners and which ones do not. I know what the marketing says and what the research actually supports. That combination of formal education and hands-on practical experience is what I bring to every product decision made on this site.
Why This Matters To You
When you buy from The Supplement Coach, you are not just buying a product. You are buying an independent judgment made by someone with the qualifications, the experience, and absolutely no financial bias to make it.
I know how overwhelming the supplement world can be. Walk into any shop or scroll through any website and you are hit with hundreds of options, all claiming to be the best. My job is to cut through that noise so you do not have to.
You should be able to trust what is on these shelves without needing a degree in nutritional biochemistry to evaluate it yourself. That is the entire point of The Supplement Coach — and it is a responsibility I take seriously.
The Bottom Line
There is no conflict of interest here. No hidden agenda. No brand partnerships pulling the strings behind the scenes. No commission influencing what gets recommended. Just honest, independent assessment from someone who has spent a career learning how to help people make better choices for their health.
That is the promise behind every product on The Supplement Coach — and it always will be.
